Jay Columbus is a vibrant singer-songwriter and producer who has been based in the Baltimore-Washington area for more than 15 years. Jay gained deep vocal training in jazz, gospel, and classical styles during his coursework at the historic Howard University, where he became a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America, Inc. – the world’s oldest and largest national fraternal society in music. Though he is an independent artist, Jay Columbus has a large discography of music that includes two mixtapes, two albums, one film soundtrack, and his current project, FRAGMENTS, which is a 3-EP set that features a fusion of R&B, house, afrobeat, and pop music.
